"I called, emailed, and WhatsApped 3-4 times, in advance, to let you know our pickup would be the Mayflower instead of the Ocean cruise terminal. Still even on the day of, you had Ocean terminal as the pickup spot and I had to correct it again. When I originally booked, Cunard did not have the exact debarkation information available yet, but I provided our cruise details and also updated the terminal as soon as I knew. I’m not sure what else I could have done for the pickup to be updated. "
