"The actual taxi, taxi driver and journey were fine - however, your website did not include the 2 x £12.50 ULEZ charges and so the amount I had pre-paid for these journeys was incorrect. I would not have booked such expensive taxi journeys had I know that it was actually £25 more expensive than advertised"
